Our Facilities

The Mill:
Thames River Tube Company operates out of a mill built in 1930 and was the former site of The Warner Brothers Company located on the banks of the Ashaway River in Hopkinton Township, RI. The 21,000 square foot facility has been used by TRT since 1970 and contains manufacturing, warehouse and office space. Serviced by two loading docks. The second floor of the building houses our executive offices, meeting and display areas, as well as, two small commercial tenants.

Trucking:
Thames River Tube has it’s own trucks for deliveries within a 300 mile radius. TRT also makes use of several LTL trucking companies, UPS and various overnight services for rapid and convenient delivery.

Equipment:
Several spiral winders with capabilities of manufacture tubes/cores from 1” to 36” ID. Paco Recutter. Appleton Tube/Core Cutter Cascading glue application systems Hot wax application system Other equipment including: 2 fork trucks, band saws, table saws, a radial arm saw, grinders and sanders, as well as air tools for stapling and other operations.
